At 56, I have been honored and privilege to be a citizen of five countries prior to final settling in the greatest country ever, The United States of America. It took a long time to achieve that. Some of it was due to my birth rights, but most of it was due to hard work and never-ending process of learning. I made my friend all over the world. i made my money too. Yet, in the process, i learned, that none of it matters if your health is not there to support it. I am a proud baby boomer and a committed advocate of healthy life. Little disclosure. I am Not a doctor nor am i a medical scholar. Yet, the unique knowledge of the people i met , their lives, needs and wants allow me to help them with achieving their dreams and goals.
